All of our bags are custom made and take about 3 - 5 days on average to complete once an order is placed. Once the bag is completed, it will be shipped out immediately. Delivery time may vary depending on destination countries and carriers, but typically ranges between 7 - 15 days after the initial shipment date. 

If your order has not arrived within 30-45 days after the package was shipped out, please contact your local post office and the parcel carrier with your tracking code. If neither can locate your package, please email us directly at info@santohandbags.com.
